Our office is open and we are scheduling new patient appointments. We continue to follow the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and Preventions, American Academy of Ophthalmology and local government regarding safety precautions. COVID-19 Vaccine
We at Horizon Eye Center are dedicated to keeping you safe. That is why everyone at our clinic has been fully vaccinated for Covid-19. We are still taking all the extra precautions and staff are still wearing masks for your added protection.
Social Distancing
We understand your concerns with venturing out to your appointment. Rest assured, we are maximizing your social distancing here at Horizon Eye Center.
Masks
For your safety, we are maintaining a strict mask policy at all times in the office. Employees and doctors will be wearing masks at all times and we are asking all patients to bring and wear their masks at all times. In order to conserve PPE, we highly encourage patients to bring their own reusable mask, but surgical masks are available for purchase at the office.
Cleaning Protocols
All chairs, testing equipment and rooms are disinfected after every use.
