What To Expect
Appointment Time
Appointment times can vary. It is our goal to make sure you get the time and attention you deserve, and that varies for each person. Please expect your visit to be between 60 to 90 minutes depending on your needs. We highly recommend completing your paperwork online prior to your appointment to reduce your in office time.
Dilated Exam
A dilated eye exam is recommended for all individuals and necessary for your doctor to perform a thorough exam. Expect to be dilated during your eye exam, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
How to Prepare
Arrive 20 minutes early
Allowing ample time for you to fill out your paperwork. We highly recommend completing your paperwork online prior to your appointment and if you do so we recommend you arrive just 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
Bring the Proper Documentation
Please bring your insurance card and government issued picture I.D. If your insurance company requires a referral, please have the referral forwarded to us in order for your insurance to cover your benefits.
Payment
Patient financial responsibility will be collected at the time of service. Please arrive with a valid form of payment.
